The Buena Vista location in addition to being company headquarters is comprised of a sawmill producing 40 million board feet annually of the finest quality hardwood lumber in the southeast. A large portion of this production supplies the drying operation which consists of 6 million board feet of air drying yard with T sheds and 600 thousand board feet of kiln capacity. Buena vista is also home to the Oakcrest hardwood flooring operation. This state of the art facility produces more than 16 million square feet annually.

Newport, TN

The Newport facility is situated on 30 plus acres in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. The operation consists of a lumber stacker, 360,000 board feet of kiln capacity, dry lumber grading and sorting facility and 4.5 million board feet of lumber in inventory. The recent addition of a state of the art engineered flooring plant, producing the finest flooring available in today's market, has positioned the company as a leader in the hardwood flooring industry.
